The team supports sellers and provides the day-to-day account management for
some of Britain’s biggest selling customers.
High volume accounts requiring a single point of contact to handle their daily
needs within Manheim Auctions, can safely trust in the quality service and attention
to detail Customer Services provides.
Staffed by experienced and enthusiastic account handlers, Customer Services manage
the disposal lifecycle of customer’s stock from receiving collection notifications,
right through to payment of sale proceeds. This service is supported by a range
of internal management and customer reporting systems, including Manheim Intelligence that keeps track of vehicle whereabouts and monitors KPI’s.
