Staffed by experienced and enthusiastic account handlers, Customer Services manage the disposal lifecycle of customer’s stock from receiving collection notifications, right through to payment of sale proceeds. This service is supported by a range of internal management and customer reporting systems, including Manheim Intelligence that keeps track of vehicle whereabouts and monitors KPI’s.
