Three basic courses available:
- Basic Selling Skills: following the 'Steps to the Sale' method
- Appraisal/Valuation & Auction Experience: a very hands-on day following how the auction works with workshops and excercises on Valuation and Appraisal
- Managing Used Cars: which aims to give those responsible for running a Retail Used Car Operation the tools to do it profitably and effectively
