Manheim Inspection Services offers a choice of vehicle inspection options. These services are available from all Manheim UK locations, providing flexibility, national coverage and onward vehicle logistics solutions.

Manheim also provides an inspection and collection service, uniquely utilising fully trained inspectors deployed in company vehicles. Drivers are teamed with the inspectors to provide a simultaneous uplift of the inspected cars, vans or trucks. Vehicles can be collected from any location in the UK and delivered into auction centres or any DeFleet location.

Inspectors are:

• managed by a dedicated national and regional team
• undergo vigorous training with a heavy emphasis on customer care
• are trained and accredited by Manheim’s in-house BVRLA approved trainer
• are fully proficient in conducting onsite and off-site inspections.

The in-house BVRLA approved trainer also provides external training courses to clients. The objective is to further enhance the training and development of Manheim inspectors to meet the needs of this growing area of our business.

We deploy the latest hand-held-technology with wireless connectivity for onsite inspections and GPRS link for offsite inspections. This enables timely and accurate transfer of vehicle data back to Manheim and our customers, using web-based technology. The vehicle inspection software is built and supplied by our in-house sister company, Kah Systems, who are market leaders in their field. Kah Systems, have a proven track record of supplying the inspections industry with leading edge solutions and enjoy business relationships with notable industry names such as Motability, Lloyds and Royal Bank of Scotland.
