Manheim’s Market Prices facility is an online
vehicle pricing reference tool, detailing vehicles from
all sources sold nationwide during a rolling period (cars
30 days, commercial vehicles 90 days). A database of all
vehicles sold up to 8 years old can be interrogated from
relevant dropdown selections, with actual sales values
achieved in comparison to the relevant CAP value, allowing
you to keep your finger on the pulse 24/7.

Inventory Management
System (IMS)
The Inventory Management System (IMS) is an online
Stock Management facility that offers access to real-time
vehicle data, including ‘off-site’ and ‘on-site’ appraisals
and the associated digital images, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Users of IMS can generate a current Stock Management
Listing, with the ability to contact the relevant branch
electronically on issues such as collections or deliveries,
reconditioning and reserve prices.
IMS also allows users to generate bespoke reports, offering up-to-the minute,
key management data directly from Manheim Auction’s vehicle records.
These include:

Pre Sale Report

Charges / Payments Report (detailing
deductions and payments made from sold vehicles)

Today's Sold Report

Stock & Sold Report (detailing current
physical stock and vehicles sold between selected dates)

Daily Arrivals Report (detailing vehicles
which arrived between selected dates).

Performance Reporting
Performance Reports offer users a summary of monthly
sales performance, in .pdf format, including:
- Reserve and Guide Price and Conversion trends, on a rolling ‘13-month’ and ‘YTD’ basis
- Financial performance, including Guide Price, Conversion
and Sale Value data by vendor Account and Manheim Auction
branch
- Operational performance, including Guide Price, Conversion
and Sale Value data, also by vendor Account and Manheim
Auction branch.
These are being currently developed to include
a vehicle ‘Make’ and ‘Age’ analysis
within the main body of each report.
