Within Manheim, responsibility for this falls to the marketing team based in Leeds, backed by a highly functional CRM system. With the exception of PR, the team, which includes an in-house creative/design studio, is capable of providing the same support as a full-service agency. As the team is in-house, materials can be produced in a fraction of the time that it would take an agency, thus saving time and ensuring that in a highly dynamic marketplace, Manheim are ideally positioned to take advantage of constantly changing market conditions. The marketing team is also the sole guardian of the 'Manheim Auctions’ brand and define the rules surrounding its treatment in all forms of media. Typically, media employed to communicate with the various buyer or seller target audiences include:
