Our off-site costed inspection is performed at the point of collection. Vehicles are inspected to the BVRLA “fair wear & tear” guidelines (or alternative standard as specified by the customer).

• Any exceptions to the inspection standards are reported and estimated using the database held in the inspections handheld device.
• A printed vehicle condition report is produced and the customer’s signature is captured electronically at the inspection / collection point.
• This details all damage recorded and the estimated cost can be displayed on this report or suppressed.
• The inspection results are transmitted by a GPRS link and are available via the IMS (Inventory Management System).
