By entering this prize draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree to be bound by our full Prize Draw terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found here. Particular attention is drawn to the following terms.
The promoter is Manheim Limited (Company No. 00448761), Central House, Leeds Road, Rothwell, West Yorkshire, LS26 0JE (“Manheim”).This Prize Draw shall commence at 00:00 GMT on 01 December 2024 and shall end at 23:59 GMT on 12 December 2024. Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic where a vehicle is purchased by you (in full and cleared funds) within the promotion period. Each purchase of a vehicle during the promotion period will be deemed an additional entry into the Prize Draw. You must be a registered buyer with Manheim to be eligible to participate in this Prize Draw. For further details on how to register, please visit https://www.manheim.co.uk/account/register. No employees (or immediate family members) of Manheim or its holding or subsidiary companies are eligible to participate in this Prize Draw. The winner of the Prize Draw will (at Manheim’s sole discretion) receive one of the following Prizes: Apple AirPods (3rd Generation), Apple Watch SE (2nd Generation) Manheim must either publish or make available certain information that indicates that a valid Prize Draw took place. To comply with this obligation, Manheim will publish the name of the winner (or winners, as applicable). If you object to the publication of your name, please contact your Buyer Services Manager at your local Auction Centre. In such circumstances, Manheim must still provide the information and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency if requested.
