Manheim signs 12-month deal with Baylis Vauxhall

  • Manheim forms 12-month partnership with car dealer Baylis

  • Baylis will also utilise Manheim’s Valuations and Appraisal tool (eVA) as part of its part-exchange process.

Manheim Auction Service has announced a 12-month contract with independently managed car dealer group, Baylis.

Baylis, based in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire, will hold its weekly auction programme at Manheim’s centre in Bristol. It is expected that approximately 1,500 Baylis vehicles will pass through Manheim’s auction lanes over the next 12 months.

The car dealer group will also be utilising Manheim’s valuations and appraisals tool, eVA, as part of its part-exchange process. This will allow the business to generate an accurate valuation for part-exchange vehicles and sell any unwanted part-exchange vehicles directly to Manheim.

Manheim started its new weekly auction programme in partnership with Baylis on 21 January 2021, with the auctions delivered through its virtual auction system Simulcast due to the current Covid-19 restrictions.
