Yeomans Citroen extends remarketing contract with Manheim
Yeomans Citroen has extended its relationship with vehicle remarketing provider Manheim for another eighteen months. This will take the partnership between the two companies up until December 2022.
The agreement follows a previous 12-month long partnership between the two brands in June 2020. The new contract will see Yeomans remarket a minimum of 700 units a year combined from its Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth sites through Manheim’s Plymouth auction operation.
Speaking about the agreement, Ed Slattery, operations director, South West at Yeomans, said: “I’m delighted to be extending our relationship and retaining the use of Manheim Plymouth’s auction services. Yeomans is a family business, and our motto is ‘built on trust.’ As such, the trust that we have built over the past year with Manheim has led to us continuing our relationship. The company has displayed exceptional, professional and tailored levels of service – that we very much hope to continue.”
Liam Quegan, managing director of Manheim Auction Services, said: “The new, longer extension to the remarketing programme with Yeomans is fantastic news and testament to the brilliant relationship between our two companies.
“Yeomans is one of the most trusted dealer groups in the South of England for Citroen. It’s great that we can continue working with them to ensure efficient vehicle disposal for vehicles. We are excited about growing our relationship further in the future.”
The current contract covers three of four Yeomans Citroen franchises in Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth. The South of England dealer group also operates car showrooms and approved service centres for Toyota, Honda, Peugeot, Vauxhall as well as Nissan – a brand of which Yeomans is one of the longest-standing dealers in the UK.
