CAS joins Manheim Retail Services
Motor trade software specialist, Complete Automotive Solutions (CAS), has joined forces with Manheim, the world’s leading vehicle remarketing organisation, to launch an upgraded version of its industry leading call recording and reporting solution, Voicesafe.
The unveiling of Voicesafe Enterprise, which was launched in late October, follows the announcement that CAS is to become a division of Manheim Retail Services. CAS has made the move as the combined product set offers unique benefits to its customers.
It is not the first time the two companies have worked together, with CAS products already integrated into two of Manheim Retail Services’ systems; MLM (Manheim Lead Management) and RTC (Manheim Aftersales).
The original Voicesafe solution offered users the opportunity to utilise long-term call storage, as well as call search facilities allowing dealers to search for information using a variety of search criteria.
The freshly announced Voicesafe Enterprise adds a range of new features to the original, including cloud based data storage so dealers can obtain data from any location and a responsive interface that can be accessed from any mobile device.
