Cox Automotive UK CEO, Martin Forbes, has recorded a video update on how we’ve reacted to the coronavirus pandemic and why ‘doing the right thing’ continues to guide our decision making.
Cox Automotive has put the health and wellbeing of our people and customers before all else throughout this emergency and will continue to do so.
We are currently developing reactivation plans around the business, ensuring we are ready and prepared for when UK Government restrictions change. We will be first out the blocks to help our customers get the wheels of our industry turning again.

This FAQ aims to answer your questions about the steps we’re taking in response to Government advice and instruction.
Manheim Vehicle Services is now in operation, and with the appropriate safety protocols in place, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and social distancing measures for our colleagues, we are able to allow vehicle movements in and out of our sites.All auctions at this time are 'Simulcast Only' and only accessible to Manheim Account holders.
All vehicle collections from a Manheim site are appointment only.
We responded swiftly to the Government’s ‘lockdown’ instruction on 23rd March. Our physical locations, including our auction halls and offices closed by the end of 24th March.
The health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners remains our top priority. We appreciate that this is an unsettling time, but we hope you understand the actions we are taking, and will continue to take, are highly necessary and responsible courses of action.
Please note: From May 12th, we have commenced with Simulcast only auctions at specific sites. All vehicles purchased can be collected by appointment only. Please view our catalogue and events page for full auction listings.
